- Conceptualise and execute creative designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, social media content and brand logos, maintaining consistency in visual identity and messaging.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration.
- Utilise motion design tools and animation techniques to bring static designs to life and enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Stay abreast of design trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts and strategies.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind each concept.
- Maintain and update design assets, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and integrity across all brand touchpoints.
- Experience developing brands for start-up companies preferable.
- Expertise in brand strategy development, with a deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign), as well as motion design tools such as After Effects or Adobe Animate.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Our client is a new and upcoming booking company for Holistic Healthcare. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Creative / Graphic Designer. The role is heavily focussed on building and developing the brand.
Our client is based in modern offices with facilities within the building based on the outskirts of Altrincham where all staff work onsite Monday-Friday.
Lead the development of the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience preferences.
Proven experience as a Senior Creative / Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development projects, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.
