    We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Tenancy Services Officer - Community Safety and Anti-Fraud (CSAF) for our Midlands Region, working in the Northamptonshire area, with travel to North Warwickshire, i.e.

    We are looking for someone to engage effectively with customers, resolving issues such as ASB, Tenancy Fraud and Hate Crime.

    You will be working with key partner agencies, such as Local Authority, police and wider internal teams to resolve issue, challenge behaviour and ensure safety across our properties.


    You will develop relationships with partner agencies such as MARAC, MAPPA, local authorities, fire and police services to ensure any issues raised are dealt with effectively, supporting both complainants and witnesses.

    This role will involve a mix of working from home, in office and travel across the area. The Tenancy Team in the Midlands work together so flexible approach to work will be required. This will also involve limited participation in an out of hours rota (to be discussed at interview)

    What will help you make a difference.

    At least 2 years' experience in successfully managing Anti-social Behaviour and Tenancy Fraud issues

    High level of knowledge in relevant legislation and best practice relating to Anti-social Behaviour and Tenancy Fraud

    Able to support customer whilst dealing with difficult and challenging situations and people

    Car owner - Ability to travel to meet the requirements of the role

    Participate in Out-of-Hours rota

    Flexibility in being able to work evenings (up to 8pm) and Saturdays (up to 1pm) as and when required to ensure delivery of smart customer case management
