    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a System Application Specialist specializing in the IFS Asset Management System. This individual will lead all functional and technical responsibilities for the IFS system. Technically responsible for supporting the system itself, providing software updates, pushing updates to users, system patches, creating and designing dashboards using Quick Reports, writing light SQL queries, migrating legacy data into IFS ecosystem, etc. Functionally responsible for maintaining they health of the IFS system, creating and enforcing policy rules, managing day-to-day functions of the system, educating users on IFS fundamentals for system use, supporting cost management functions, and generating reports for business leaders. Candidate must have a provide detailed documentation of user tickets, reports, system incidents, etc. As the system grows with the ecosystem, this individual will be expected to incorporate continuous improvement to ensure system reliability. This team operates exclusively in an agile environment, running daily stand up sessions and two-week sprints.

    This role is based in Central London with the requirement of being onsite 3-days per week and the flexibility to work 2-days remotely.

    Must Have

    • 7+ years of experience in system and application administration.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Asset Management System and all product modules
    • Experience with Maintenance Modules within IFS
    • Extensive experience creating dashboards / lobbies within IFS - ideally with Quick Reports or PowerBI
    • Proficient with writing SQL queries and scripts
    • Experience working with end users via ticketing system
    • High attention to detail for documentation purposes
    • Great communication skills - both written and verbal
