    Manager, Account Executive - Oxfordshire, United Kingdom - BMS Performance

    The Role:
    Outstanding opportunity for someone who has a passion for food, ideally from the FMCG industry.

    As an Account Manager, you will be inheriting a large, established customer base of 80-90 clients, where you will be tasked with retaining and gaining revenue growth of 7% per year.

    You will be joining a small, local team of account managers, who all support each other. This role is a mixture of office, home and field based, travelling to local clients (approx. 3 days on field).


    Requirements:
    To be considered for the Account Manager roleFMCG experience preferredAccount manager experience a bonusHappy to work 3 days on fieldFull UK driving licenseA passion, organised and confident person will succeed in this role

    The Culture:

    A relaxed and flexible management style, who leave their employees to their own devices provided growth targets are being met.

    Though bank holidays would need to be booked off if required, the manager has no problem with the whole team being off at the same time.


    The Package for Account Manager:
    £32-35k basic salaryBonus opportunities (£8k OTE)
