- Youwill be responsible for scheduling of workload linked to prioritiesand availability of skills and resources for our inhouse team ofCivils Engineers.
- Ensuring the dailywhereabouts for the engineers and compliance iscompleted.
- Continuously liaising with theclient to provide relevant updates information and communicationsas required and updating the inhouse systems ensuring all detailsare accurate.
- Manage Civil engineers to ensuremaximum output productivity from operational fieldworkforce.
- Support administration of financesand reconciliation of timesheets and preparation of selfbillinginvoices.
- Previousexperience in planning and scheduling resources whilst working todeadlines.
- Competent IT User (includingMicrosoft Word Excel Outlook)
- Have the abilityto work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention todetail
