    Description

    Job Role: Ecommerce and Social Producer.

    Location: Camden, London

    This just in – an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of the studio team at Lisa Eldridge.

    We are looking for an experienced, highly creative Producer, who lives and breathes beauty and makeup.

    As a Producer at Lisa Eldridge Beauty, you will be responsible for monitoring the production process, ensuring excellent, timely delivery and commitment to brand guidelines. You will work directly with internal teams, outside collaborators, and suppliers, to realise our creative vision while maintaining the brand's consistency.

    To be successful in this fast-paced role working closely with the creative founder, you will be extremely creative, organised, detail orientated, resilient, a self-starter and an excellent communicator across cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for pre and post-production, delivery of ecommerce, social media and marketing content production (still and video content) in different formats for all marketing and communication channels - Website, Instagram, YouTube, Red Book, TikTok, OOH and other marketing placements.
    • Producing production schedules, budgets, call sheets / shot lists and ensuring processes are streamlined and both deadlines and budgets are met
    • Support in Pre & Post production to Brand campaign shoots
    • Ensuring samples are available and product and look lists are itemised for all shoots.
    • The role includes involvement at every stage, including storyboarding, presenting creative ideas/briefs, pre-production, booking studios and crew, as well as working with the Casting Team to book and cast for shoots, as well as post-production (tracking, filing and delivery of assets, ensuring all retouches completed to highest standard and assets match required specifications)
    • Deliver clear communication to the wider team for all production commitments.
    • Have a clear understanding of working to a budget, maximising its potential by negotiating rates and usage rights.
    • Process invoices, raise POs, track payments, and reconcile budgets to forecasts.
    • Manage contracts, NDAs, rights, and legal obligations.
    • Preparing paperwork and presentations for sign-off.
    • Keep the production team and creative teams up to date with inspirational new campaigns, photographers, new technology, new faces, and fresh, up-coming talent.
    • Able to communicate creative briefs with confidence.
    • Ability to perform under pressure, working across multiple projects adapting quickly to last minute changes whilst managing completing deadlines.

    Required Experience

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of production management experience, focusing on content creation across formats (visual and video production).
    • Highly creative and organised. A strong attention to detail is essential.
    • Knowledge of stills and video production process with evidence of working across projects from conception through to delivery.
    • Experience in video editing.
    • Must have exceptional time management and a calm, logical approach to all challenges.
    • Possess exceptional time management skills and project management/organisational abilities.
    • Capable of working well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
    • Ability to comprehend basic legal documents and production insurance requirements.
    • Experience working within a team, arriving with solid production contacts.
    • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
    • Experience of working directly with crew, photographers, agents, videographers, directors, production companies and post-production houses, on both large and smaller scale projects.
