    Description

    As part of our Global Procurement team, you'll play a pivotal role innot only contributing to performance but also building and protecting Diageo's reputation across our supply base.

    This involves delivering outstanding end-to-end value across our supply chain through our commercial leadership, offering innovative supplier solutions, and driving our sustainability agenda across our partners and suppliers.

    Building relationships internally, so you know what we need; Spend: the portfolio spend across Global Transport 650m p.a.

    The person in this role will be responsible for partnering with a diverse set of key team member relationships across Customer Service and Logistics, Sustainability, Planning, and Finance, and both Regional & Global Procurement.

    This role is pivotal in leading the design, and re-engineering of logistics networks across the markets, and plays a major part in influencing sourcing decisions with partners across all operations.

    Lead on the development of commercial logistics innovation and management of initiatives to deliver solutions to drive value across the logistics category.

    support implementation of major contracts, supplier collaboration and innovation.
    Lead the identification and management of all risks associated with the North American Logistics category.
    Strong academic credentials, preferably a degree and an MBA.

    An individual with the broad business acumen and an ability to interact with general management at a senior level is critical.

    Proven capability to work across the end to end supply chain including Sales & Marketing
