Category Manager - 6 Month Contract Are you a people centric analytical individual with FMCG category management experience at leadership level? Our client is a leading FMCG business seeking a category manager to manage and develop 7 accounts.
If you have commercial category experience, then this could be the role for you.Key Responsibilities:
Identifying opportunities for growth and potential risks within customer categories.
Developing strategic relationships with key customers.
Establishing robust internal relationships with colleagues in commercial and branding roles.
Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations.
Customising the Category Strategy to engage customers and achieve sustainable competitive growth.
Executing and managing strategic projects focused on category analysis, including promotional evaluations, analysis of underperforming segments, and optimisation of range and space.
Contributing to business planning through the definition of core product ranges, SKU optimization, and ongoing review and adjustment of new product developments and core products.
Enhancing sales pitches to customers with compelling category-based justifications.Experience required:
