    Sensata INSIGHTS offers a complete portfolio of proprietary supply chain monitoring and management technology to convert IoT data from information to insights — enabling the smartest telematics data analytics solutions.

    We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our EMEA Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for achieving significant sales growth and customer satisfaction along with managing the overall customer relationship with assigned accounts.

    General Responsibilities

    • Organizes the direct sales process and achieving sales targets

    • Key participant in visits to current and potential clients

    • Collaborates with performing routine account management activities

    • Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets

    • Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service

    Experience / Qualifications

    • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience

    • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

    • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

    • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

    • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

    • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

    • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

    Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all business development and sales at assigned accounts and achieving significant sales and profit growth to meet or exceed goals set by the Sales Manager.
  • Work as a primary contact for assigned accounts, including engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing and other areas.
  • Coordinate involvement of other team members as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • A proven track record of success in a B2B account management role. Ideally gained in an in advanced IoT solution sales environment.
  • Experience preferred in vehicle and video telematics industry.
  • International market and multi-channel experience also a plus.
