    Head of Faculty for Foundation Skills
    Permanent
    Grade 6 - £49,498 - £61,269 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
    Are you the one to lead our Faculty for Foundation Skills to the next level?
    Asa member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT),youwillplayapivotal roleinguidingBAEStonewheights ofsuccess.

    This Faculty within BAES is one of the largest providers of English/Maths Adult Skills Qualifications in England with a growing discrete offer for adults with disabilities and/or learning difficulties.

    With qualifications ranging from pre-entry to Level 2, including Functional Skills and GCSEs, we are as proud of our enrichment offer, development of transferable skills and progression rates as we are of our sector-outperforming achievement rates.

    You will be leading a committed, caring and ambitious team of talented managers and teachers singularly focused on delivering the highest quality of innovative and learner-centred outcomes.

    BAES was last inspected in March 2019 where Ofsted issued a 'Good' grade for Overall Effectiveness.

    Our philosophy is to provide the best learner experience for every learner for every day of their time with BAES and deliver the improvements and innovation to maximise outcomes for the people, communities, and businesses we serve.
