- Utilize advanced statistical methods to develop predictive algorithms of methodological and clinical data;
- Develop dashboards and web applications to enable Medpace teams' access to, and interpretation of, clinical operations data;
- Translate the results of feasibility research and analysis into compelling data visualizations which illustrate the overall feasibility strategy for proposals and bid defense meetings;
- Perform comprehensive review of data sources to deliver high quality informatics data and analysis to teams;
- Develop and map database architecture of methodological and clinical data systems;
- Support departmental process improvement initiatives; and
- Participate in training and development of more junior team members.
Qualifications - Master's degree in informatics, computer science/engineering, health information, statistics, or related field required, PhD preferred
- Advanced computer programming skills (preferred language: R);
- Analytical thinker with great attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Participate in training and development of more junior team members.
