    Role Summary

    LIMS Administrator (LIMS Admin) provides administrative and developmental support to the STARLIMS system within Quality Control. LIMS Admin is responsible to ensure compliance with the technical and operational aspects of the LIMS. Job holder is acting as SMEs for troubleshooting of the live system. Job holder establishes effective communication between all stakeholders (Starlims, IT, CSV, QA, QC, training departments) for cross functional tasks. LIMS Admin monitors, maintains and improves compliance within the system.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing user accounts (creation, modification and deactivation) and the system's general settings
    • Managing static data, and dynamic data and responsible for the transferring process from development to test environment, and from test environment to production environment
    • Build and configure LIMS modules and applications
    • Troubleshooting and manage Starlims Zendesk ticket (interaction with vendor and system user)
    • Responsible for periodic review of users, roles and system logs
    • Maintain system compliance according to validated computerized system procedure
    • Responsible for system updates following system deployment and associated change assessment
    • Develop and create Dashboards, report templates, label templates within LIMS
    • Managing own workload and capacity and assigning adequate priorities
    • Maintaining the LIMS system and documentations in inspection ready state
    • Developing and implementing continuous improvement projects related to GxP system
    • Execution of self-inspections within GxP system and implementation of CAPA
    • Support new functionality and module implementation within LIMS
    • Cooperation with Validation and IT for system validation and maintenance (e.g. system update and patch management)
    • LIMS related Quality Event management (Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control)
    • Working closely with QA to efficiently manage all aspects of quality and compliance related to LIMS
    • Ownership of LIMS SOPs and quick guides
    • Collaboration with training team to create, maintain and update training packages
    • Present administrative process and procedure for LIMS system during internal and external audit
    • On-call for LIMS system (outside of working hours and weekends)
    • Any other duties as required following consultation with the post holder
    • Work in adherence to local Health and Safety policies and SOPs
