An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Head of Finance to join a leading organisation in Manchester.
This role offers an attractive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 and the chance to lead a dedicated team of finance professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, from monthly group accounts workings to regular project work including M&A.
This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of finance management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This business works with a collaborative approach and encourages colleagues to be in the office 5 days per week.
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the organisation.
You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will also include managing head office reviewing subsidiary accounts, conducting margin analysis across the group, and undertaking ad hoc project work.
You will also supervise a team of dedicated finance professionals, fostering an environment of learning and growth.The ideal candidate for this Head of Finance position will ideally be big 4 qualified and bring a wealth of experience in finance leadership roles.
You will have proven expertise in overseeing all aspects of financial operations, from corporate accounting to payroll management. Your ability to conduct detailed margin analysis across a large organisation will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your experience in managing ad hoc project work within a finance context will be highly valued.
