    Business Development ManagerIn BriefWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work with us on a full-time basis.

    Based in the UK within a commuting distance from Brighton (several times a month), we are looking for an experienced BDM for our UK and International account management delivery.

    You will be accountable for managing and growing a portfolio of global corporate clients, consisting of large market leading International Private Medical Insurers (iPMI), travel insurers and multinational employers.

    You will cultivate long lasting relationships and being a trusted advisor to bring value to our client's businesses through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, and the ability to drive commercial growth within a portfolio.

    Permanent, Full-timeHours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch), 40hrs/week Annual salary: £55-60,000 paWork mode: Hybrid (one day in our Brighton office).Role and ResponsibilitiesCoordination and communication with other Teladoc Health global offices whenTo manage the corporate accounts assigned to you, including contract, retention, renewal, expansion and pricing discussionsWork with and develop strong professional relationships with internal colleagues/stakeholders in the IT, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Clinical departments to deliver the highest level of customer care for our clientsEnsure targets & objectives set and agreed with the General Manager and Senior Account Manager are met, both personal and business.

    Develop long term mutually beneficial relationships, both internally and externallyTo represent Teladoc Health as a thoroughly professional organisation and a global leader in Virtual Care by ensuring diligent preparation for calls and meetings and clear follow-up and after sales supportDevelop and maintain Account Plans within the portfolioEarn and keep each client's respect and confidence as a trusted advisor bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, a clear understanding of the business at a variety of levels and the ability to develop a range of ideas and solutions.

    To prepare and present appropriate account performance, utilisation reports and sales material often to the highest management levels using full graphic capabilities, marketing and sales aidsDemonstrate our Mobile Applications (App) as well as other online services to clients face-to-face and remotely via conference call facilitiesTo be an integral part of the RFP processes and the subsequent implementation post win including all project items ranging from contract management, technology implementation through to financial management.

    Play an active support role in new business presentations/pitches representing Teladoc Health UK, including but not limited to presenting specific information relating to the account management function & how this supports the client requirements.

    Ensure that all central sales documents are updated regularly & accurately, this includes corporate renewal plans, and sales pipelinesProvide support as and when needed to any regional and global initiatives to ensure the delivery of the overall Teladoc Health strategyTake an active role in business-wide projects related to Corporate Account Management and MarketingCommunicating to clients clearly, addressing their concerns and resolving any conflict that arisesContributing information to sales strategies by assessing current portfolio results as well as monitoring performance of each service and product at client level.
