    Description

    Role description:

    • Arcadis is looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide accurate reports to Business Directors and Business Unit Controllers in the UK Places GBA.
    • Proactively support Project Managers to ensure timely project setup, forecasting, billing, and closure following Arcadis Way Principles.
    • Closely collaborate with Business Partners for precise performance reporting, working capital optimization, and risk escalation.

    Role accountabilities:

    • Establish trusted relationships with Business Directors and promote quality service.
    • Foster collaboration within the UK Places Finance Team.
    • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the finance team.
    • Assist Business Unit Controllers in interpreting month-end results and analyzing financial data.
    • Support in business planning, estimate processes, and deliver insightful management information.
    • Drive working capital improvements by overseeing billing and cash collection.
    • Train Project Managers on Oracle and advise on project setup structures.
    • Ensure project performance reporting accuracy and adherence to policies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Full accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
    • Team organization, motivation, and development skills.
    • Relevant experience in medium/large organizations.
    • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
    • Attention to detail, high standards, and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent time management abilities.
