- The Director of Production holds a crucial leadership position in the team.
- You will establish strong partnerships with our second-party game studio collaborators, working together to deliver high-quality games across various platforms.
- You will take charge of shaping the strategy of the second-party studio or team, utilizing both internal and external resources for success.
- Your responsibilities include overseeing an internal production team, ensuring smooth project management from the initial concept phase to post-launch support.
- You will guide and support multiple producers, fostering their growth and success while maintaining an efficient production capacity.
- Partner with one or more second-party studios to facilitate the delivery of top-notch games efficiently and collaboratively.
- Collaborate across functions, utilizing internal resources to provide optimal support to the studios.
- Act as an internal product advocate, developing a deep understanding of your products and effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with IEGG Business Owner and Studio Management to ensure alignment with the IEGG portfolio strategy.
- Work closely with the development team to establish effective production processes for project tracking and feedback.
- Support studios in identifying and mitigating potential risks, monitoring progress throughout the product lifecycle.
- Evaluate production plans against product status and goals, finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with Publishing Support and Marketing on testing validation and go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and communication with internal support teams for efficient product support.
- Promote a positive and collaborative culture within the Nexus team.
- Over 10 years of experience in game production, with a history of releasing titles across various platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience managing teams in production roles.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects while balancing quality, scope, budget, risk, and time.
- Capability to influence outcomes without relying solely on positional authority.
- A track record of guiding teams towards delivering exceptional products.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in working with diverse personalities.
- Robust organizational skills and unwavering determination.
- An in-depth understanding of creating successful products and franchises.
- Familiarity with a broad range of project management tools and approaches tailored to team needs.
- A passion for both playing and developing games.
