- Set and drive forward the direction of our Campaign Marketing Media (ATL/BTL) and oversee Affiliate Partnerships, as well New Customer Welcome Journeys and CRO.
- Report on performance effectiveness and efficiency across all paid media channels, delivering the narrative back to the business, highlighting trends and opportunities, making recommendations for future incremental investment when the opportunities arise.
- Lead the output for our media measurement framework, translating and utilising findings from varying measurement sources to drive future media strategies across all media teams, ensuring maximum commercial success of all activity.
- Key Relationship holder with our Media Agency and ATL Media Owners ensuring that we are progressively improving our media strategy and campaign plans and are working closely to create future opportunities.
- Collaborate across Global Flutter brands to constantly share best practice and look for new shared opportunities and partnerships.
- Influence across a range of departments to drive forward changes to support media and the customer journey.
- Work closely with the Digital Media Team to provide a comprehensive approach to our overall media mix and its success.
- Experienced in directing multi-media channel strategies both ATL and BTL and deep understanding of how they work together to provide the most effective media mix, delivering the right message to the right audience in order to achieve the best possible cut through and return on investment
- Extensive experience in running multi-million pound budgets across multiple channels, demonstrating performance success and how it contributes to the overall business goals and revenue targets.
- Excellent influencer and communicator, utilising these skills across the full Media Team and multiple departments at all levels to ensure future media requirements are on the right roadmaps for delivery and supported with relevant business case material when/if required.
- Experience in translating Media Measurement outputs into meaningful strategies utilising models such as Mix Modelling, attribution, A/B testing and brand studies
- Demonstrate an analytical and strategic attitude and have the ability to garner insight from vast amounts of data and formulate a strategy from it
- Strong People Manager with experience in directing and managing a team of multi-channel specialists
