    Case Manager

    Middleton

    £25,000 - £28,000


    Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a new role due to growth in the team at a leading company in the Middleton area.

    We are very open on background for this position, transferrable skills are most important


    We are looking for:
    First class customer service, you will be the first point of contact for the department
    Good written skills with brilliant spelling and grammar
    Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
    Strong academic background
    Someone highly motivated, keen to learn and develop


    This role would suit anyone from a sales background who is keen to move away from a completely client or customer facing role, the legal sector, other professional services, recruitment, sales administration or a solid background in hospitality managing bookings etc...


    Key Responsibilities:
    Contact potential clients to follow up on enquiries via phone or email
    Follow up on marketing efforts to secure new business opportunities.
    Manage case work and ensure the technical team is sufficiently briefed to complete their work effectively.
    Maintain business relationships with existing clients through regular contact and meetings.
    Stay up to date with industry updates and legislation changes
    Add, amend, and update our company Case Management Software database with client details and activity.
    Engage with and support our Quality Team to ensure all regulatory standards are met
    Perform any other tasks required from time to time.
