    Description

    My client is looking for anexperienced CQC registered Home Manager to lead and complimenttheir team at their very well established Care Home inBristol.

    This Role could befor you:

    You must be passionate aboutproviding the highest possible standards of care according toindividual needs lead the team in all aspects of the day to dayrunning of the home and understand the importance and dedicationneeded for this role. You must be equally passionate and educatedto provide staff mentoring to extend their learning and be able toinspire and lead the team forwards into their career.

    The home can accommodate up to 21 residents and is anelderly dementia and respite care led home. The Home Manager willbe responsible for all operational and financial aspects of thehome ensuring the home is compliant with the relevant legislationand standards through continual monitoring and practicalsupport.

    It is an expectation of the role thatthe candidate has 23 years' experience of being in amanagerial role within a residential home along with the ability tocreate a compassionate and respectful environment for your staffand residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you willbe accountable for the operations and activities within the homealong with having excellent selfgenerated organisational skills andholding successful completion of a NVQ Level 5 in health and socialcare with good knowledge of the CQC single assessmentframework.

    Licence/Certification:

    • Driving Licence (preferred)
    • NVQ Level 5 health and social care management OR be closeto completing Level 5
    • Have at least 2 years ofexperience as a Registered Manager of an elderly CareHome
    • Ability to Commute: Downend Bristol(required)

    • You must haveNVQ Level 5 in Healthcare Management
