- Development and oversight of project timelines, monthly budgets and client reporting
- Oversee KPI setting and campaign evaluation with team
- Run regular project and status meetings with senior clients (and rights holders where relevant)
- Build strong relationships with client teams and network through the client organisation
- Identify incremental business opportunities
- Represent the 1440Sports brand to the highest of standards
- Oversight and renewal of annual scope of work
- Travel globally to represent clients on-site at motorsport events
- Manage the on-the-ground experience for clients at motorsport events including travel, accommodation, dining, private events, etc.
- At-least 2+ years of experience in sports marketing & activation specifically in either F1 or Formula E
- Managing both small intimate as well as larger corporate events
- Experience and gravitas dealing with senior executives at enterprise level organisations
- Understanding and experience of the full motorsport landscape is preferred, but not essential
- Take responsibility for delivering agreed level of activity and meeting deadlines
- Team management – ability to delegate and manage a small team
- Ability to prioritise workload and respond to client requests on time
- Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients
- Powerpoint experience is a must. Adobe Pro, Flipbook experience is a major plus
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and attention to detail
- Knowledge of, and passion for, motorsport is a great plus
