- Previous experience spanning industries such as recruitment, fit-out, interiors, advertising, commercial services, products, and marketing
- Career progression stemming from successful sales experience
- You will have a consultative approach to sales
- Proficient in New Business Development (NBD) strategies and adept in performance management
- Highly results-oriented with a relentless focus on outcomes
- Managing a sales team with excellent communication and motivation skills to help achieve individual and team targets
- Have clear career progress within the sales and sales management function
- Well-versed in utilising mainstream CRM software to streamline operations and enhance customer relationships
- Achieve individual sales target
- Monitor, manage and achieve overall sales performance
- Report to MD
- Responsible for overseeing a team consisting of two outbound sales representatives (one of whom will be a newly recruited member) and one inbound sales representative
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage new sales campaigns and new product launches
- Reshuffle the team, and be involved in future recruiting
- Ensure the CRM (Hubspot) is maintained properly
