    Job summary

    Coventry& Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust are rated Good in their most recentCQC report as well as being recognised as a Global Digital Exemplar.     Main duties of the job

    TheIST team provides specialist, multi-disciplinary input under the TransformingCare Programme to autistic children, adolescents, and adults in order toprevent a mental health hospital admission. The team currently consists ofOccupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, TherapyAssistants and Support Workers working across Coventry and Warwickshire. Theteam has a strong psychology presence and ethos with opportunities to superviseand develop Assistant and Trainee Psychologists in addition to supportingembedding a psychological approach across all MDT activities.

    Job responsibilities

    Workingwithin the MDT to highly provide specialist psychological assessment,formulation and intervention for young people referred to the IST.

    Tohighly provide specialist psychological advice, guidance, training, andconsultation to others across a wide range of agencies and settings.

    Superviseand manage the workload of Assistant, Trainee and Band 7 Clinical Psychologistswithin the framework of the teams policies and procedures.

    Utilisetheory, evidence-based literature, and research to support evidence-basedpractice in individual work and with other team members.
