    Tradestars in an innovative real estate business.

    We are a well capitalised operational real estate company, building a portfolio of market leading commercial properties for creative entrepreneurs and brands.

    With a strong emphasis on ecommerce, logistics, content, and the creator economy our team has developed a seamless environment and ecosystem built for today's disruptors.

    The Community Manager will play a key role in building strong relationships between the tenant community, residents and Tradestars, and enhancing business development and retention.

    They will assist tenants with daily enquiries and studio enquiries including their logistics requirements, managing logistics and operational processes, and handling goods in/out stations using technology-based booking systems.

    In addition to resolving tenant requests and issues, the Community lead will address their needs while maintaining a high level of customer service and enhancing the community experience.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Logistic Site Management and Goods HandlingSupport the Facility Operations Manager with daily operational tasks and facility maintenance tasksOversee logistics of the goods in/out station including liaising with couriers and procuring and managing stockAssist tenants with managing their goods and deliveriesUse tech-driven booking systems to streamline logisticsDay-to-Day Safety and Property ManagementParticipate in the procurement and inventory management of facility suppliesAid in implementing safety protocols and proceduresEnsure that Health & Safety requirements for diverse businesses are metProvide consistent on-site support to the Tradestars Operations Management TeamProvide tenant Support, Front-of-House, and Problem SolvingRespond promptly and professionally to tenants' requests and needsEnhance the tenant experience through exceptional customer service tailored to their business sector and needsAct as the main operational contact for tenants, guests & visitorsBusiness DevelopmentManage communal spaces such as meeting rooms, podcast rooms, photoshoot room, and breakout areas; Develop tenant perks to enrich the community experienceSupport the Sales Team during prospective tenant tours, highlighting the benefits of joining the Tradestars communityManage tenant community relations in an effort to maintain high occupancy rates and retentionParticipate in local market research to provide insights and suggestionsCommunity DevelopmentPromote community integration within the facility, fostering relationships among tenants and with the local communityMaintain strong relationships with building residents and encourage mutual supportPlan and host appropriate workshops, events, and meetupInitiate and support local collaborations.

    Oversee tenant onboarding and offboarding processesAdministrative DutiesManage and update the in-house facilities tech systemHelp manage operational and business development budgets.


    Support the reporting of key performance metricsRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in a startup environment or real estate industry.

    Experience in managing logistics and operational processes.
    Experience with technology-based booking systems.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong problem-solving skills.
    Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of customer service best practices.
