    Description

    We are currently leading the search for a highly organised and driven individual, with an exceptional eye for detail and strong Excel skills, to join a fast-paced and fast-growing Operations team based in Central London.

    Manages stockmovement between warehouses and bottling halls, liaising with hauliers.
    Coordinates with warehouses for regauges, movements, and stock inventory reports.
    Leads bottling projects in collaboration with Sales Manager, ensuring correct labeling, bottling, and shipping.
    Ensures proper shipment of bottling projects with necessary certificates and documents.
    Supports preparation and analysis of spreadsheets for Operations and Accounts.
    Manages warehouse reconciliation, rent invoicing, and biannual stock takes.
    Utilizes couriers and handles customs issues for global shipping.
    Maintains and updates online systems and procedures.
    Handles general administrative tasks such as document filing, invoice re-charging, and office supplies inventory.
    Assists in event organizing and attends events outside regular office hours.
    Provides support to Directors, Head of Operations, Accounts, and Sales Staff as needed.
    Receives guidance and on-the-job support in learning about whisky and the whisky cask business.
    Operations and Logistics experience, high level of IT skills (Google Drive, Microsoft Excel & Word), basic numeracy skills.
    This is a crucial role that will ensure the smooth and efficient running of this bustling business.
