    Head of Sales

    • Head of Sales jobs role ; PLCs, control & automation, drives, robotics
    • Fast growth business – up 66% to £50 million turnover from £30 million.
    • Lack of KPIs – focus on engaging with electrical engineering customers in a friendly consultative way
    • Salary TBC likely to be £53,000 - £60,000 + car + bonus (but this is TBC we are yet to get clarity)
    • Set up a new facility – recruit lead and grow your own team

    Are you seeking head of Sales jobs, sales manager jobs or regional Manager jobs? Are you a regional Sales manager / area sales manager in Scotland who now wants to manage a small team and be a regional manager / divisional manager?

    • They have invested millions of pounds growing their business ; as a private business they are able to invest properly in technical engineering support as well as brand new facilities.
    • Incredibly strong technical support – the business invests in a robotics division so that sales engineers receive very strong support technically across their product range (which is PLCs, control & automation, drives, robotics)

    What we are looking for in this Automation & Controls Head of sales jobs role

    • We are flexible on your industry background but ideally want some exposure to control panels, PLCs, control & automation, drives, robotics, HMIs ; the business are very good at training and can support technically but you will need some overlap / understanding of this type of control and automation sector
    • A Regional Sales manager or Area Sales Manager who wants to step up into a leadership role and work for a friendly, fast growth £50million turnover business with a focus NOT on KPIs but on deep customer relationships
    • A head of sales or sales manager seeking senior sales jobs in the Scotland, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Livingston, Motherwell, Falkirk region
