    Description

    A nationally recognised Grounds Maintenance and Estate Services company is seeking an ambitious, intuitive, and dedicated Head of Business Development to propel their business to new heights.

    Compensation and incentives can be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process, placing a significant focus on rewarding strong performance.

    Working in tandem with the Bid Writer, the Head of Business Development will be responsible for submitting tenders and presentations, securing contracts across various sectors such as Soft Services, Ground Maintenance, FM works, Social Housing, Regional Social Landlords, and Housing Associations.

    Confident and articulate communicator with strong English language skills
    Proficient in building and leading an effective team to ensure successful contract acquisitions
    Strategic thinker with excellent networking abilities and industry knowledge
    Oversee the business development function
    Oversee the whole commission structure for the business eg. Motivate the CMs/CRMs to upsell
    Responsible for Social Media / Website marketing
    Could be a product/service geographical area or diversification
    Proven track record in business development, sales, and presentations
    Pension scheme
