    Associate Vice President - Renewables (US Contract) - RELOCATION TO THE USNavitas Resourcing Group (NRG) is a VC-backed recruitment start-up solely focused on supporting the renewable and clean energy markets globally.

    Solar | Energy Storage | EV/E-Mobility | WindOff the back of our extremely successful Contract Division, we are looking for an experienced Contract Team Lead with US market experience to join us.

    This role offers the exciting opportunity of relocation to the US, therefore all candidates must be open to relocation. This role will be focusing on PMO/White Collar roles.


    Role:


    Relocation to the USBuild out and generate new clients in the US Renewables MarketContract ManagementRecruit, select, and lead a team of consultants across new markets360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate sideResponsible for performance development and on-desk managementWho you are:The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to build a team & relocate to the US.


    We are specifically looking for:


    2 + years Management experience within a recruitment environmentUS Contract Market Experience in Renewables, Construction or similar marketsTrack record of developing Contract RevenueAbility to originate new clientsPassionate about the opportunity to relocateThis is a great opportunity for a Contract Team Lead/Principal Consultant with Management experience to relocate to the US, and build out/lead a successful team.
