    Job Title:
    Commercial Coordinator

    Langfields are the engineering partner of choice for the design and manufacture of high-integrity products for the hydrogen, renewable, nuclear, defence and other process industries.

    Providing technical solutions to help achieve a sustainable future, Langfields has multiple facilities spread throughout the UK including Salford, Dunfermline, Tamworth, Thurso, Halkirk, Warrington and Worksop.


    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Salford.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations and contract management, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our commercial activities, manage contracts, and contribute to the success of our projects.

    The Commercial Co-ordinator is responsible for:

    Regular updating of project commercial forecasting template and ensuring accurate information is captured and documented.

    Administering project contracts to ensure that all variation orders are submitted and agreed in a timely manner to maximise project profitability.

    Submitting contract notifications as per contract requirements.
    Working with the finance team to generate sales invoices on time and supporting with debtor collection.
    Completing commercial review of projects upon completion to ensure that learning is implemented into future projects
    Proven experience in commercial coordination, contract management, or related roles, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
