Project Manager Opportunity in the Security Industry

About Us: SHD Recruitment Ltd is excited to announce an opening for a Project Manager role with our esteemed client in the security industry. We specialize in connecting top talent with leading companies, and this role presents an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to make their mark.

Role Overview: As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects of all sizes, from survey through to completion. You'll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Our clients, predominantly "blue-chip," expect nothing less than exceptional service, and we pride ourselves on overdelivering at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Survey, plan, and manage projects, maintaining financial control
Produce quotations using preferred customer software
Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors
Report project progress to senior management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures
Take ownership of projects from start to completion
Travel to various locations, including European travel, as required

Qualifications:

10+ years of management experience
Technical Security knowledge, including Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance, and Intruder Detection
Familiarity with security Architectural design standards
Understanding of Construction & Design planning and execution process
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work flows
Commercial awareness and procurement expertise
Knowledge of facilities management/moves and changes
Proficiency in contractual commitments (SLA's and KPI's)
