    Description
    Internal Sales Representative
    £The experienced Internal Technical Sales Representative will have gained similar experiencein previous roles.
    You will provide sales support.

    Submit quotations to customers offering the best technical and engineering solutions whilst ensuring services offered are of a high standard without compromising quality.

    Maximise sales opportunities by way of timely and effective response to written / verbal customer enquiries for both internal and external customers.

    Minimum of 3 years' experience of working in a similar internal Product Sales role for an Engineering or Manufacturing organisation.

    This is an Office based role.
    Deal with customer's enquiries, orders and complaints.

    • Ensure all commercial requirements are compliant with company directives.
    • Ensure that sales enquiries are accurately recorded and measured by way of monthly analysis using the company CRM system.
    • Respond to telephone / written communications from the customer in a timely professional manner.
    • Coordinate the swift and effective resolution of customer complaints when they arise in conjunction with the QA representative.
    • Ensure all Company procedures and policies are always followed.
    • Experience gained in the Water, Oil and Gas or Plastic piping industries would be an advantage.
    You can travel to work from Bolton, Manchester, Bury
