    Salary Range:
    £55,000 - £60,000 per annum


    Are you a dynamic and compassionate leader with a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly? We are seeking a talented Residential Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our esteemed care facility in Swindon.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and inspire a dedicated team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of care and safety.
    Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resources to enhance the quality of care provided.
    Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
    Implement and review care plans in collaboration with residents and their families, promoting individual choice and independence.
    Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where staff feel valued, motivated, and empowered to excel

    Requirements:


    Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting, with a track record of driving excellence in care delivery.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for residents and staff alike.
    Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing the provision of residential care services.
    A genuine passion for working with the elderly, coupled with empathy, compassion, and respect for individual dignity
