    • To support the delivery of onboarding and contractual services, ensuring customers receive accurate advice and information.
    • Utilize technology systems and established policies and processes to enhance service and processes.

    Role Details:

    • Position Grade: Grade 2 / Level 5
    • Hourly Rate: £12.76 - £13.80
    • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

    Remote Work:
    The appointed candidate will primarily work remotely, with occasional office attendance required for meetings.
