12 Month Fixed Term Contract About the Role (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
The Front Office Operational Controller works as an integral part of the Onshore Operations Control Room Europe providing controlled safety services and support line into the field across the diverse European wind portfolio on a 16/7, 365 day a year basis.
Support line into fieldWork directly with technicians in the field, e.g. by restarting turbines or re-energizing HV in coordination with personnel on site.
Support and feedback to the Front Office Performance Manager (FOPM) any ideas for development of systems and process.
Support back office
Solid IT system skills as there are many bespoke software packages to achieve daily tasks.
Knowledge of key policies, procedures and process management systems which might affect the operation of the wind portfolio.
Solid planning and organising skills to include effective prioritisation of key activities.
Very good local language skills (CR Location).
Language skills in German, Spanish or other languages are an asset
