- Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts for our company operations
- Conduct financial analysis and identify opportunities to optimise financial performance.
- Deliver financial reports to the executive team
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP
- Ensure adhere to local financial regulations
- Keep abreast of changes in financial reporting standards
- Identify and assess financial risk
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement safeguarding controls
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage invoicing and accounts reconciliation Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications desirable)
- Proven experience in financial management; minimum of 3 years
- In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills, with Xero being a requirement
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners Desirable experience
- Experience with Fathom is a plus
- Experience working with companies entering into global markets like the USA
- Understanding of higher education procurement processes Benefits:

Position – Finance Manager
Immersify Education is quickly scaling and innovating in the EdTech space, growing a variety of customer segments and creating opportunities in both higher education and corporates.
In line with this, Immersify Education is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in support of our growth initiatives. This role involves financial compliance, planning and analysis, budget management and reporting, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with special consideration for candidates with experience working with companies who are expanding globally. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who has the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and develop reports for communication with the board and investors.
