I am recruiting for a food manufacturing company near Wymondham who are looking for an experienced Account Manager to maximise and profitably grow revenue across their growing portfolio

Key duties:

Daily management of customer accounts (both key and developing) and building relationships with key decision makers, delivering exceptional customer service at all times to meet with customer expectations and requirementsManage the full sales journey, from initial engagement to final negotiationProvide strategic and innovative thinking to create new opportunities to expand listed product ranges within current accountsResponding to all stakeholders in a timely manner whilst maintaining excellent written and verbal communication with all partiesTenacious and proactive approach to seeking new opportunities for sales to increase profitable growthAnalysing sales data to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring stock holding to deliver optimum service levelsForecasting and monthly budget reporting with accountability of P&LInterpreting customer briefs, translating and communicating customer feedback to produce deliverables which meet the briefExecute sales pitches ensuring retention of current product portfolio and securing new businessIndependently creating and issuing quotations, and negotiating with customers to close deals swiftly whilst ensuring optimal profit marginsAttendance of customer & supplier meetings and industry conferences / events to enhance business relationships and foster new leadsAssistance with project co-ordination to ensure timely product launchesKnowledgeable on customer's policies and trading proceduresKeeping up to date with customer & competitor ranges with an awareness of product trends and gaps in market creating opportunities to present NPD or cross / upsell productsWorking as part of a team in sharing knowledge, ideas and product samples to help ensure the success of the team overall Is this for you?
