    Our Hospital to Home services forms a nationwide network of local supportgroups, nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to life with a heart or lungcondition or after a stroke.

    We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team in our very busy store in Galashiels, working 4 hours perweek every Sunday, able to be flexible to work overtime when required.

    You will be working with the team todrive performance through processing stock, generating donations, and working alongside a great team ofvolunteers.

    Home Based, with travel across Perth & Kinross area (Remote)

    Our Community Health Support Services form a nationwide network of local supportgroups, nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to life with a heart or lungcondition or after a stroke.

    We are looking for a Community Support Coordinator to join our amazing team in the Tayside area.

    This role is focusedon making sure that people affected by chest, heart and stroke conditions get the help they need and get back todoing the things that matter to them.

    Through our Community Support Services, you will support people to have the confidence and tools to self-manage theirhealth condition and live as independently as possible.

    You'll also help people get back to doing the thingsthat are important to them – from simple things like walking to their local shop following a stroke, toreturning to a sky-high hobby of gliding

    You'll be directly involved in supporting people with chest, heart and stroke conditions through both one-to-one andgroup services in both community and hospital settings.

    You'll work with the rest of the Community SupportServices team in Tayside, and manage a team of incredible volunteers, to make a real difference to the lives ofpeople with our conditions.

    Candidates don't need to have medical knowledge as training is provided on our health conditions.

    We are looking forsomeone with a positive attitude towards people with disabilities and long-term conditions; an understanding ofthe challenges faced by people with chest, heart and stroke conditions including Long Covid; We are Scotland's leading organisation for person-centred, user-led community supportfor people with our health conditions.

    Applicants must have a car and a current valid driving licence (expenses are paid at mileage rate).
