    Truline Logistics, the transport powerhouse of the EVO Group, is seeking a passionate Transport Manager to join our dynamic team in Lutterworth on a Night shift.


    Hours:
    Sunday - Thursday : Midnight - 0830

    In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our transport operations, keeping our customers happy, and driving continuous improvement.

    Supervise the daily activities of the transport team, fostering a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

    With a workforce of over 450 and delivering a million parcels a month, Truline employs its own drivers and operates almost 350 of its own vehicles – from articulated lorries to vans – meeting all low emission standards.

    Our 450+ strong team provides a specialist B2B parcel carrier offering managed supply chain solutions for UK businesses, utilising our own fleet, plus our extensive network and relationships with key third party couriers.

    Our fleet delivers over a million parcels per month, averaging over 45,000 a day, with greater than 98% key performance indicator achievement against contracted lead times.

    Other EVO trading companies include VOW, the UK and Ireland's largest business products and facilities supplies wholesaler, with a network of over 2,000 resellers and Banner, a major workplace supplies and service provider to the private.
