    Description
    Reception (receive and direct calls, take messages, greet clients)
    Deliver mail, registered letters and express post to post office
    Online request of MVRs, Autoplus and Hits reports and attach to client base
    Ordering of office supplies and maintaining postage meter and copier/printers
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible
    ~ Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and professional appearance
    ~ Must be punctual, a hard worker with ability to handle multiple requests, and a desire to help your internal and external customers
    ~1 to 2 years' experience in the Insurance industry would be considered an asset
    ~ Proficient with MS Word, and experience with The Agency Manager (TAM) would be considered an asset
