Description
We are recruiting for an ambitious, forward-thinking business that, after year-on-year record-breaking results, is establishing a new sales team to develop new areas within the business.
The basic starting salary is £23,000/annum and you will be put on a career development plan that will look to get this increased to £26,000/annum within your first 12-18 months.
You will, of course, be given comprehensive training in order to succeed.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional to join the business in an important stage of growth.
This role will require you to create business pipeline opportunities by making outbound calls and marketing emails to prospective clients, developing and supercharging the relationship, and selling commercial services.
ideally, commercial experience within a target-driven environment but this is not essential: this is a personality-led role that will suit someone who is driven, tenacious, productive, and organizedIn return, this role offers a competitive and attractive commission structure, a great work/life balance, opportunity for progression, a fun and focused working environment, and monthly benefits based on personal and team performance.
