    In this role, you will collaborate with change experts who are trusted partners in driving our business towards achieving our strategic objectives.

    You'll combine working from our Guildford office with working from home.

    Your main responsibility will be to facilitate organisational change by utilising specialised business analysis and change management skills, along with a disciplined business analysis approach.

    You will provide support to our internal stakeholders from various departments, such as Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance and IT.

    To successfully carry out your tasks, you will closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and IT. Support the scoping of change initiatives, working within the Business Analysis Framework

    Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end-to-end traceability.

    Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

    You'll be passionate about the BA role and have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience of leading the work of others in a Project environment.

    Experience of scoping, sizing and shaping Projects and initiatives.
    Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN.
    Good understanding of Business Change support activities, would be advantageous
    Experience working in a Financial Services environment, particularly General Insurance is desirable, but not essential
    An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities.
    BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (Desirable)
