- Managedaytoday personal sales pipelines and appropriateadministration
- Responsible for deliveringindividual sales targets across the event
- Toproactively deliver the show strategy across new and existingbusiness
- Deliver the campaign strategy as setout by the Event Director and Show/Sales Manager delivering theshow over the target including overall numbers of exhibitorsexhibitor mix stand sales sponsorship inventory yield andsponsorship revenues
- Visit and canvas atcompetitor and industry events and develop a systematicunderstanding of and monitoring ofcompetitors
- Listen to customer requirements andpresent appropriately to make a sale
- Maintainand develop relationships with new and existing customers to makesales.
- Arrange meetings with new and potentialcustomers where appropriate to makesales.
- Respond to incoming email and phoneenquiries.
- Act as a contact between CloserStillMedia and its existing and potentialmarkets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement andclose sales
- Gather market and customerinformation
- Challenge any objections to get thecustomer to buy
- Create detailed writtenproposals and send them to the clientpromptly
- Record personal sales in line with thecompanys sales process.
- Review your own salesperformance aiming to meet or exceedtargets.
- Attend team meetings and share bestpractices with colleagues.
- To undertake anyother duties as reasonably requested
- Toidentify key new business clients and sales targets within theirprospect universe
- To attend sales and personaldevelopment training sessions and utilise skills learnt in yoursales pitch and other professionalresponsibilities
- Uphold the KPIs of 90 minutesa day on the phone but at the same time this incorporatesTEAMS/ZOOM calls
- Be prepared for power hourswith wellresearched identification of targeted prospects; youmanage and set agreed times with CHRIS B
- Sharebest practices on identifying new business and learn from thosearound you and your linemanagement.
- Executethe Event Directors and teams strategy and objectives outlined inthe events business plan.
- Ensure you regularlymeet customers prospects and event partners in person facetoface.(Where appropriate)
- To get close to your marketunderstand its trends and develop your sales pitch aroundit
- Maintainan accurate personal stand and sponsorship ledger usingSalesforce.
- Regularly reconcile personal salesledger guaranteeing you exhibitor promises are reported whererequired.
- Provide a weekly report and forecaston personalrevenues
- Monitormarket and competitor activity
- Read allrelevant industrytitles
- Fosterpositive and professional relationships with your existing andprospective clients associations sleepers and where appropriatecontractors media and commercialpartners.

Purposeand objective of the job: SENIOR Sales Executive Tech ShowFrankfert
Responsiblefor selling exhibition stands and sponsorship daily. Followingsales strategies as instructed by the Event Director and Show/SalesManager to meet sales targets. Work with the Event Director andShow/Sales Manager to hit and exceed show targets. Ensure thecompanys standards of sales performance are met. Ensure personalsales targets are exceeded. Support colleagues with the smoothrunning of the event as and whenrequired.
