    An experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Delivery Manager to join our growing team in the UK.

    As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Delivery Manager, you will be primarily responsible for driving compelling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) solutions while also acting as a techno-functional subject-matter expert and trusted adviser for internal stakeholders and clients.

    You must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Power Platform (Low-Code/No-Code/Automation) applications.

    You will also be responsible for providing advisory, technical solution architecture and program management for key customer engagements.


    Demonstrate passion for technology consultative solution selling, delivery and learning about the application of technology to solve client business problems.

    Own the overall technical strategy, solution architecture, design, and oversight for enhancing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Power Platform applications in both projects and support engagement

    business value workshops, architectural design sessions, and proof of concept (POC) sessions, pilots) of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform applications.

    Actively collaborate with sales and delivery to develop client RFP/proposals around process and solution options, create roadmaps, prepare, and deliver demo and clearly explain technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making
    Manage the overall stage of a project, including the scope, timeline, budget, and resources

    Extensive techno-functional experience and delivery expertise including in-depth knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) and Microsoft Power Platform applications
    ~12-18 years IT industry total experience, with a minimum 9 years specifically in hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Power Platform applications architecting/solutioning
    ~ Finance, Supply chain, Commerce, Project Operations, Copilot and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps)
    ~ Proven track record of successful projects, and implementations
    ~ Strong Stakeholder Management and change management skills
    ~ This role will be based in the UK with 50% travel (when permissible).
