    Marketing Manager
    Telford Head Office Based (min. 3 days per week office based)
    Hours of Work – Monday to Friday (9am – 5.Marketing Manager Wanted

    We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to elevate our existing customer experience and drive customer acquisition through digital evolution.

    You will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the customer experience for our existing customers.

    Your primary focusses being on existing customer category penetration, increasing customer acquisition rates, developing effective marketing campaigns, and to identify areas for growth.

    As the ideal Marketing Manager, you will have:
    Bachelor's Degree & significant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
    Experience in managing a CRM system and using customer data to drive growth.
    Customer / Prospective Marketing Manager or similar role experience.
    Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
    Have experience in managing marketing campaigns, gained with an agency or in-house environment.
    As a Marketing Manager, we would expect you to be able to demonstrate:
    Self-management skills, including time management, planning, prioritizing and timely completion of work responsibilities and job assignments.
    Excellent people skills, building business relationships at all levels.
    A determined and diligent attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach towards daily tasks.
    Be humble, hungry and display emotional intelligence.
