    Description

    Thrive Behavioral Consulting, LLC is looking to grow its team with the addition of talented and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) and Qualified Autism Service Practitioner - Supervisors (QASP-S) .

    TBC's mission is helping children, through strength-based learning, to thrive and gain as much joy as possible out of their world.

    TBC serves TRICARE families who have children with a diagnosis of autism and other exceptionalities.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to customize your schedule and preferences while also supporting TBC's mission.


    Compensation :
    $40 - $48/hour dependent upon experience and training.

    ABA therapy focused on strength-based learning, meaningful skills-development, and client joyfulness.
    Full or part-time schedules available - tailor your workload and schedule to suit your lifestyle.
    Weekends, evenings, and holidays off - strong emphasis on work-life balance.
    Strong emphasis on positive team culture, promote employee self-care and burn-out prevention, provide consistent support and collaboration.
    Primarily servicing clients in Suffolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk; Ongoing supervision, collaboration, and support from supervising BCBA.
    Bi-weekly direct deposit.
    Worker's Compensation Insurance.
    Competitive pay rates.
    Working directly with clients in their home and community settings, as applicable.

    Ongoing collection, recording, and management of client data to include updating supervisor on client status to routinely assist in monitoring progress.

    Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) at all times.
    Regularly communicate with parents/caregivers in a way that facilitates professionalism and trust to include conducting parent/caregiver training sessions.
    Bachelor's Degree.
    ~ Must be at least 18 years or older.
    ~ Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance and/or reliable transportation.
    ~ Possess or have ability to obtain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) equivalent certification upon hire.
    ~ Commitment to upholding Professional and Ethical Compliance Codes for Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisors and providing quality services.
    ~ Willingness to travel to client homes (1-3 clients daily) and/or community settings, as applicable.
    ~ Willingness to abide by TBC company policy and procedures.
