    Senior Communications Executive - London (Greater), United Kingdom - Publicis Health

    Description
    Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager and Director, you will support with the day-to-day management and delivery of projects for Publicis Health and its agency brands - Langland, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness and Digitas Health.

    Key responsibilities include:
  • Project management - managing status updates and resource requests, leading on specific campaigns as assigned by the Director, External Engagement & Brand
  • Financial management - drafting scopes of work, raising POs and keeping trackers up to date
  • Social media planning and execution - briefing design and production, developing captions and community management
  • Stakeholder engagement - building and nurturing relationships with team members across Publicis Health and its agency brands to source relevant stories, populate editorial calendars and produce content
  • Media relations - fostering relationships with key trade media to pitch agency stories/case studies
    Qualifications

    We are looking for someone who is organised, tenacious, great at story-telling, social media savvy and confident working as part of a team or independently. You'll have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as being process and performance orientated.

    You are at a stage in your career where you are eager to take on more responsibility. You are developing your understanding of how projects link together and impact the overall strategy. This role offers significant growth opportunities for the right individual. Effective time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation will be key to your success.
