5 working hour week, each Friday we finish early so you can make the most of your weekendHybrid Working:
We believe being in the office is best for building relationships, learning and collaboration, but you have the flexibility to work from home when it works for you and your workload.
Flexible Working Hours:
Our potential office working hours are 8am-6pm and core hours are 10am-4pm to give you the flexibility of when to start your day.

In the role of Performance Specialist , you will be instrumental in crafting and honing digital marketing strategies that are not just effective but transformative.
This position is ideal for those with solid foundational experience but hungry to propel their skills to new heights within the digital marketing realm.
Design, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple client accountsManage advertising budgets, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, and undertake comprehensive keyword research
Develop targeted audience setups and optimise campaigns to surpass conversions and key performance indicators
Analyse and leverage performance data to refine strategies and report insights back to stakeholders
Actively contribute to the strategic and commercial objectives of the Performance department
Embrace a culture of continuous learning to constantly enhance your digital marketing prowess
2-4 years of demonstrated success in managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Fluent in English with stellar communication skills (German Language skills are beneficial)
