Hvad du skal gøre for at få succes i denne rolle:
Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med den Internal Key Account Manager IKAM, om proaktivt at drive salget i distriktet. Dit fokus vil være på at administrere, vedligeholde og udvikle vores kundeportefølje og sikre varige og frugtbare partnerskaber. Som repræsentant for RS Components vil du udvise professionalisme, engagement og RS-kompetencer i alle interaktioner.
Din rolle indebærer at opretholde et optimalt forhold mellem kundevendte aktiviteter og administration/planlægning, med en forventet fordeling på 80/20. Samarbejdet med IKAM er nøglen til at sikre problemfri tilpasning og koordineret indsats.
Du formår at udvikle omsætning, margin, RS Pro og e-handel. Opdyrke stærke relationer med kunder, identificere og udnytte potentielle muligheder. Vedligehold og pleje en tilfredsstillende pipeline. Udforske og udnytte vores RS værditilbud og salgsprocesser.
Maksimere produktiviteten med effektiv planlægning, arbejde i Salesforce (RS CRM system) og samarbejde med den Internal Key Account Manager. I stand til at arbejde med stram planlægning og deadlines.
