- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of RSL sales representatives to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Monthly field days with each team member.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality sales & service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency, and productivity.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills ensuring timely resolution to customer issues.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales capabilities.
- Utilise customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, resolve customer issues, and improve quality of sales and service
- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing team members.
- Analyse performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of professionalism and ethical behaviour among team members.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture that promotes collaboration, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Have achieved at least 90% to target every month for the last 12 months.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with team members and customers.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on multitasking and prioritisation
- Experience with customer service software, CRM systems, and contact centre technologies preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance.
