- Developing scalable policies and procedures which help to ensure efficiency and a fantastic employee experience.
- Analysing data to identify and assist in solving HR-related matters.
- Managing employee relations cases including performance improvement plans and absence management.
- Acting as a point of contact for leaders and employees, answering HR queries.
- Working closely with HRBPs by providing advice to leaders, supporting roll out of initiatives and change management.
- Partnering with global HR teams (i.e. Leadership & Professional Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition) and Payroll team to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Experience working as a Human Resources Generalist or in another relevant HR role.
- Competence in HR functional areas (i.e. employee relations, compensation philosophies, performance management, employment laws and learning and development).
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working in an international organisation.
- Language skills (E.g. French, German).
