Having grown consistently, our client is now looking for Mechanical Services Manager to lead and strengthen their mechanical department.Managing multi discipline projects in retail, education, commercial or council-based work streams.
Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, your main responsibilities will be:
multi discipline mechanical projects teams on both a direct and subcontract basismultiple projects/contracts at any one timecross functionally with the electrical, pre-construction and fabric managera strategy for a mechanical department and drive the business growthand sustain high standards of workthe accountability of the performance of your work streams and projectsguide and direct subcontract and direct workforceExperienced in the Mechanical services (plumbing or HVAC) industry you will have gained exposure to a retail, commercial, education, fit out or council client base.
Ideally you will have managed multidiscipline teams on both a direct and subcontract basis. Experienced in managing multiple projects/work-streams and ensuring quality measures and deadlines are hit is key.Most importantly you will be driven, ambitious and looking to progress your career as there is excellent opportunities for growth with this role.
